Department of State Revenue in the area of Zhetisu informs about the adoption of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Order № 506 of November 25, 2025, which introduces changes in the regulation of imports of stone products.

In accordance with the document, introduces a ban on imports from third countries in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all modes of transport for a period of three months certain types of stone products.

The ban applies to paving stones, curbs and slabs for paving made of natural stone (code TN VED EAEC 6801000000), as well as polished granite decorated or otherwise processed (net weight of 10 kg or more) and granite for monuments or construction (code 6802939000).

Control over fulfillment of this ban is entrusted to the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We ask participants of foreign economic activity to take into account this change in planning deliveries.

This order shall come into effect from the date of its first official publication.
