The documents confirming the export of excisable goods are:
- an agreement (contract) for the supply of exported excisable goods;
- the goods declaration or its copy certified by the customs authority, with the mark of the customs authority that issued the excisable goods in the customs procedure of export.
In the case of export of excisable goods in the customs procedure of export through the system of trunk pipelines or using the procedure of incomplete periodic declaration, the export is confirmed by a complete declaration of goods marked by the customs authority that carried out the customs declaration.;
- copies of shipping documents with the stamp of the customs authority located at the checkpoint on the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union.
In the case of export of excisable goods in the customs procedure of export through the main pipeline system, instead of copies of shipping documents, an act of acceptance and delivery of goods is submitted.;
- payment documents and bank statement confirming the actual receipt of proceeds from the sale of excisable goods to the taxpayer's bank accounts in the Republic of Kazakhstan, opened in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
