The Department of State Revenues for the East Kazakhstan Region informs that individuals engaged in passenger transportation, as well as courier services, are required to register as individual entrepreneurs.

It is possible to register as an individual entrepreneur through the eGov mobile application or through applications of second-tier banks.

Additionally, we inform you that conducting such activities without registration as an individual entrepreneur is a violation of the law and entails administrative liability in accordance with Article 463 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
