An official delegation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited the Main Command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the visit was to exchange experience and study advanced practices in organizing guard and convoy service.

The delegation included Deputy Chief of Staff of the Guard Troops Command, Colonel Akbar Ochilov; Senior Officer of the Department for the Implementation of Security Technical Means, Lieutenant Colonel Elbek Shaymanov; and Staff Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Bakhtiyor Rakhimov.

A working meeting was held with the First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard and Chief of the Main Staff, Lieutenant General Kairat Aktanov, during which the parties discussed key areas of service and mechanisms for improving the efficiency of the troops.

The delegation was briefed at the Troops Management Center, where modern monitoring and coordination technologies are employed.

Special attention was given to convoy service: the guests visited military unit 6636 and inspected the special railcar designed for the secure transportation of convicts and detainees in full compliance with safety measures.

The delegation also visited the separate rifle company in Arshaly, where they studied the security organization of a maximum-security correctional facility and its operational processes.

The visit reflects the commitment of both countries to strengthening law and order, enhancing the professionalism of personnel, and introducing modern methods in the field of security and protection.
