The joint training center of military unit 5573 hosted an individual and team championship in pistol and rifle shooting with the PM-16, AK-18, as well as sports shooting exercises among servicemembers of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The competition was held under the auspices of the Main Command and brought together the best marksmen from various directorates and units.

The purpose of the event was to enhance firearm proficiency, promote the exchange of professional experience, and identify the strongest servicemembers capable of demonstrating high performance in both individual and team standings.

Following intense competition, the results in the AK-18 rifle category were as follows:

1st place — Lieutenant Colonel Ermek Tugunov, servicemember of the Main Operations Directorate;

2nd place — Senior Lieutenant Nurlan Tölenkhanov, officer of the Logistics Support Directorate;

3rd place — Major Dalelkhan Zholbolsyn, Chief of the Weapons and Military Equipment Accounting Service of military unit 6636.

The top scorers with the PM pistol were:

1st place — Lieutenant Colonel Dulat Abilmazhinov, Senior Officer of the Moral and Psychological Support Service of the Main Directorate for Educational and Social-Legal Work;

2nd place — Colonel Ilya Fruzenkov, Chief of the Armament Department of the Weapons and Equipment Directorate;

3rd place — Lieutenant Colonel Zhasulan Sembekov, officer of the Communications Technical Support Section.

The team competition was equally intense:

1st place — the team of the Special Operations Center, awarded the challenge cup and a certificate;

2nd place — the team of the Main Directorate for Educational and Social-Legal Work;

3rd place — the team of the Logistics Directorate.

All winners received medals and certificates from the Main Command of the National Guard.

Such competitions have become an integral part of the combat training system for servicemembers of the law and order troops.
