On November 26, 2025, the library hosted the children’s creativity festival «On the Wings of a Dream». Аn event was organized for children with special needs. It was conceived and organized as a communicative platform for children, where each participant had the opportunity to show their abilities, learn something new, make friends, and receive emotional support. The festival’s activities unfolded across several improvised areas of the library, each with its own friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Together with the ‘Blue Tractor,’ all participants embarked on an immersive journey to meet the literary characters featured in the book exhibition. The collage workshop using natural materials was attended by children with a keen interest in applied arts.  Excitement filled the air in the play area. Opportunities to explore craft games don’t come around every day. he most heartfelt emotions were experienced by participants in the hall, where heartfelt poems and songs were performed on an improvised stage, where the entire audience warmly applauded dancers and actors, and where each performer was sincerely thanked for their act. The festival concluded with a ceremonial moment – congratulations and the awarding of participants with certificates and letters of appreciation.
