An informational and educational session on “Financial Literacy”, aimed at enhancing the legal and economic awareness of servicemen, was conducted at the Main Command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Main Military Prosecutor’s Office, together with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, signed an agreement on conducting joint educational activities. This document provides for systematic work on training servicemen in the fundamentals of financial literacy and preventing risks associated with financial operations.

The implementation of the tasks set by the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office, as well as ensuring a high level of financial culture among servicemen, has been identified as one of the priority areas of activity for the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by Senior Prosecutors of the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Akmola Garrison, Major of Justice Yerlan Konarov and Captain of Justice Dias Zhumazhan. A report was delivered by Inkar Altaeva, Chief Specialist of the Department for Regulation of the Financial Market. In addition, Dulat Mynbayev, a representative of the Amanat Party, presented his perspective on issues of financial culture and social protection.

Participants emphasized the importance of timely informing servicemen about modern financial instruments, methods of protection against fraudulent schemes, and rational approaches to managing personal funds. They noted that such sessions help enhance the overall legal and economic literacy within the military environment.

The training session became an important step in improving the financial literacy of servicemen of the law-enforcement forces, as well as in promoting a culture of responsible use of financial tools.
