A delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic visited the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" to study Kazakhstan's practical experience in digitalizing real estate registration and land cadastre services.
During the visit, representatives from the Kyrgyz side learned about key digital solutions implemented in Kazakhstan to simplify and expedite real estate registration procedures and improve the accessibility of government services.
The delegation was introduced to real estate title registration processes, including the registration of pledges and transactions based on blockchain technology. A digital service covering all major real estate transactions, including the registration of purchase and sale transactions, pledges, and lease agreements, was demonstrated. Since its launch, more than 250,000 services have been provided.
"Kazakhstan is consistently strengthening its position in the field of digitalization. Today, our country is among the top countries in terms of the development of electronic services, which confirms the effectiveness of our ongoing efforts. "We see growing interest in Kazakhstan's digital solutions: colleagues from different countries are eager to learn about our technologies and practices. Such meetings provide an opportunity to openly exchange experiences and jointly develop modern approaches that improve the quality of life for citizens," emphasized Arman Kenzhegaliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens."
Furthermore, members of the working group of the Interstate Council on Geodesy, Cartography, Cadastre, and Remote Sensing of the Earth, which includes Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, joined the online discussion.
The delegation also learned about the capabilities of the "TsON" mobile app, the work of the Public Service Center, and the activities of the Situation Center.
The visit allowed the delegation to thoroughly examine the organizational, technical, and legal aspects of large-scale digitalization of real estate registration processes. The experience presented by Kazakhstan confirms the effectiveness of modern digital solutions and can serve as a benchmark for the implementation of similar initiatives in the Kyrgyz Republic.
