On November 28, 2025, a regular meeting of the city's tripartite commission on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations was held under the chairmanship of D.S. Zhienbaev, Deputy Akim of Karaganda, and with the participation of social partners.

Representatives of the Department of State Labor Inspection for the Karaganda Region, the Karaganda City Revenue Department, the Karaganda Region Labor Mobility Center, and heads of enterprises and trade unions participated in the commission meeting.

During the commission meeting, issues such as the status of occupational injuries at enterprises and organizations in Karaganda, the situation with layoffs at Karaganda enterprises, and the status of the payment of arrears in mandatory pension and social contributions at Karaganda enterprises were discussed.

Following the meeting, appropriate decisions were made and a number of recommendations were developed for enterprises and government agencies aimed at reducing industrial injuries, employing laid-off workers, and paying off arrears in mandatory pension and social contributions.
