Skopje, November 30, 2025 – The Embassy of Kazakhstan in North Macedonia participated in the annual diplomatic charity fair under the auspices of the «Dobredojde» Macedonian Welcome Center. Diplomatic missions accredited in Skopje organized cultural and educational stands and introduced visitors to national traditions and cuisine.

The Embassy of Kazakhstan presented a variety of souvenirs, books and culinary products. The visitors were particularly interested in Kazakh jewelry, felt and confectionery products. The guests of the fair tasted baursaks, samsa, and irimshik with great satisfaction.

Dombra, household items and colorful national costumes were placed in the center of the Kazakhstan stand called «Kazakhstan: Born Bold», against which many visitors took memorable photos.

Image videos about Kazakhstan were shown to the general public throughout the event.

The festive atmosphere of the event was given by a children's musical concert with the participation of schoolchildren from cultural centers and charitable organizations in Northern Macedonia.  

According to tradition, at the fair, the President of North Macedonia, H.E. Madame Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, got acquainted with the cultural diversity of different countries. At the stand of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she showed a deep interest in the subjects of national culture. The Ambassador of Kazakhstan introduced the distinguished guest to the art and rich cultural and historical heritage of our country. The President highly appreciated the content and artistic design of the pavilion.

The Kazakhstan stand became one of the most prominent at the fair and attracted the special attention of Skopje residents and representatives of the diplomatic corps.

At the end, the organizers of the fair unanimously praised the Kazakh stand and expressed gratitude to the Embassy for participating in the event.
