The KGD is updating its system: instead of the old categorization model, a more flexible tax-risk analysis is now in place — by tax types, industries, regions, and company groups.

A new service for businesses has been launched — “Information on Counterparties.”
It helps you quickly check a partner using open data:

• tax regime

• VAT registration

• taxes paid

• number of employees

• tax burden ratio

• information about directors and founders

• whether there are any restrictions on e-invoicing or inclusion in lists of unreliable taxpayers

To use the service: go to the KGD Portal portal.kgd.gov.kz, enter the BIN/IIN — and get the information.

The service will be gradually expanded and improved based on feedback from businesses.

This is a step toward more transparent and secure business relationships.
