The State Revenue Department of the Kostanay region reports the following.
According to Order No. 330-NK dated 11/22/2025 "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Acting Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 27, 2024
No. 343-NK "On Determining the list of goods subject to labeling", the following deadlines have been set for the introduction of mandatory labeling of beer and beer drinks:
• from February 1, 2026 – mandatory labeling of beer and beer drinks produced in kegs;
• from February 1, 2026 – mandatory labeling of beer and beer drinks in bottles;
• from January 1, 2027, mandatory labeling of beer and beer drinks in cans.
In this regard, we ask market participants (manufacturers and importers) to ensure in advance that they are prepared for the specified deadlines, as well as to begin implementing labeling processes into existing business processes in order to move to the mandatory stage in a timely manner.
