Government agencies must demonstrate absolute transparency, honesty, and accountability to citizens. In this regard, the Akimat is implementing modern anti-corruption mechanisms, including the digitalization of government services and strengthening oversight.

The introduction of electronic government services minimizes the human factor, reduces bureaucratic barriers, and reduces the potential for corruption. Online services, ensuring the prompt and transparent provision of government services, are already being actively used in Kurchatov.
An important area is creating conditions for direct dialogue between the government and the public. Regular reporting to citizens, public hearings, and citizen receptions allow residents to directly receive clarification on pressing issues.
