Today, in the settlement of Töretam, District Akim Zhandos Erkinbek, together with the heads of law enforcement agencies and the State Revenue Department, held a personal reception of residents regarding their individual concerns.

As part of the implementation of the Head of State’s “Law and Order” concept, nearly 70 residents took part in the reception, raising social and everyday issues.

During the meeting, residents who also arrived from other localities voiced pressing matters related to the district’s development. In particular, proposals were made regarding housing provision and employment, road construction, installation of children’s playgrounds, and improvement of street lighting.

The district akim carefully listened to each appeal, stated that solutions to the raised issues would be considered within the framework of the law, and assigned specific tasks to the relevant sector heads.

In addition, questions falling within the competence of law enforcement agencies and the State Revenue Department were raised, including strengthening public order, preventing road traffic accidents and ensuring road safety, as well as issues related to mandatory health insurance contributions.

Responsible officials provided comprehensive explanations to citizens and gave specific answers in accordance with the law.

Zhandos Erkinbek emphasized that he will continue to hold regular meetings with residents and further pursue efforts to establish open dialogue by listening to citizens’ requests and proposals.
