The central square of the village of Ayet was once again filled with children's laughter, festive songs, and fun games, just as it was a year ago. The main characters of the magical holiday were Ayaz Ata and Akshakar. The akim of the Ayet rural district, Yerlan Nazarbayev, congratulated his fellow villagers and guests. He addressed the audience with a welcoming speech, wishing them a kind, happy, and peaceful New Year. The large and small residents of Ayet, who had gathered in the square, said the magic words, "Light up, Christmas tree!" And the main Christmas tree began to glow with magical lights. The lighting of the main Christmas tree in Ayet marked the beginning of New Year's celebrations throughout the district.
