The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is launching a pilot service for preliminary filling of Form 300.00 for value added tax (VAT) returns.

      The service is designed to provide preliminary information and assistance in correctly filling out VAT tax returns. The service's functionality allows taxpayers to find out their tax amounts in advance, reduce the number of errors, and prevent possible negative consequences, including receiving desk audit notifications and penalties.

      The preliminary filling out of the declaration is based on information available in the information systems of state revenue authorities, including the electronic invoice information system, taxpayer personal accounts, and goods declarations. This allows for the automatic generation of estimated indicators and minimizes the influence of the human factor.

     The service automatically fills in 13 lines of the declaration, which can be adjusted independently to increase or decrease the amount if necessary.

     The service for preliminary filling in of the VAT declaration (form 300.00) will be available to taxpayers when submitting it for obligations for the fourth quarter of 2025.

     The service is being launched in pilot mode. All suggestions and comments on its improvement can be sent to the Telegram bot “Service for pre-filling declarations.”
