A training seminar was held in the Department of State Revenues in Akmola region with the participation of employees of the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Akmola region to explain the norms of the administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and work in the E-Utinish information system to consider citizens' appeals.

During the event, the prosecutor of the DKPSiSU Dana Manan brought to the attention of changes in the administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 2026, as well as requirements for work in the E-Utinish information system.

The event was attended by video conferencing by employees of the territorial departments of the Department of State Revenues.

The seminar participants were given answers to their questions.
