New Year is a special time filled with the anticipation of miracles, when the most heartfelt wishes find their way to fulfillment. During this magical period, acts of kindness take on special meaning. This year, the New Year fairy tale also reached the military units of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On the eve of the New Year, the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major General Ansagan Baltabekov, fulfilled five cherished wishes of conscript soldiers. Dreams made without expectation or calculation unexpectedly became reality — as if they had been heard by a true New Year’s wizard.

A survey was conducted in the troops, during which soldiers sincerely and kindly shared their wishes, unaware that during their service these dreams could come true. However, on the threshold of the New Year celebrations, even the simplest wishes tend to be fulfilled — especially when there are those nearby who know how to create miracles.

Thus, serviceman of military unit 5513 in the city of Taraz, Alexander Miroshin, admitted that he had never flown on an airplane before and dreamed of being in the sky. His wish came true thanks to a gift from the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard — Alexander was given the opportunity to take a flight on an aircraft of the National Guard aviation. The soldier’s emotions were evident from the very first seconds of takeoff: joy, excitement, and a genuine feeling of happiness accompanied him throughout the flight.

But the New Year miracle did not end there. Immediately after landing, another unexpected meeting awaited Alexander — with his mother. Natalia Miroshina confessed that on that day not only her son’s dream came true, but her own as well — to see her child. A true gift that many families dream of during the New Year.

Another soldier — serviceman of military unit 5571 in the city of Almaty, Raiymbek Bakytbek — dreamed of seeing how chocolate products are made. This New Year gift from the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard resembled a sweet surprise from Father Frost’s sack. An экскурсия was organized for the soldier to the famous “Rahat” confectionery factory, where he was introduced to the technological features of producing sweets that have become a true national brand.

In military unit 6654 in the city of Alatau, soldier Dastan Nurlan wanted to create a festive atmosphere for the entire company and wished for a box of mandarins for the New Year — a symbol of comfort, warmth, and holiday spirit. Having received the parcel from the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, he did not keep the gift for himself but shared it with his fellow servicemen, bringing joy to the entire unit.

In Ust-Kamenogorsk, at military unit 5518, Private Elerbek Sultankulov shared that he wished to return to his favorite hobby — drawing. His New Year wish was fulfilled unexpectedly and touchingly: a creative art set was presented to him right during the evening roll call — as if the New Year gift appeared at the very moment he least expected it.

In the same unit serves Private Zhunis Karabaev. His wish touched everyone without exception. The soldier dreamed of receiving a mug with a photograph of his family. This warm and deeply personal gift from Major General Ansagan Baltabekov became a reminder of home, loved ones, and the love that warms even from afar.

It should be noted that in the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, special attention is paid not only to provision and nutrition, but also to the moral and psychological well-being of conscript soldiers. Care for people, attention to their feelings, and simple human dreams are an important part of service.

The wishes fulfilled on the eve of the New Year became bright and warm memories of service in the ranks of the law enforcement forces for the soldiers. During this special period, attention and support from the command acquire particular value, reminding everyone that caring for servicemen remains an integral part of service.
