Tbilisi, 26 December 2025, The Embassy, in cooperation with the Kazakhstan-Georgia Economic Association, hosted a conference dedicated to investment and export opportunities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event brought together representatives of the business sector and expert community interested in the development of trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Georgia.

During the conference, participants were informed about the key areas of Kazakhstan's economic development, the country's investment climate and government support measures. In particular, information was provided on the activities of the Astana International Financial Centre, and more than 120 Kazakhstani products were presented in areas such as agriculture, heavy and light industry, and IT technologies.

It was noted that, according to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the first half of 2025 alone, the Georgian business sector invested more than US$130 million in the Kazakh economy, which demonstrates the high level of confidence of Georgian investors and their sustained interest in the Kazakh market.

In addition, it was noted that the National Statistical Service of Georgia reported that mutual trade between the two countries reached US$925.6 million in the first 11 months of 2025. This indicator demonstrates strong trade and economic ties and confirms Kazakhstan's status as one of Georgia's key and reliable foreign trade partners.

The conference served as an effective platform for exchanging views, establishing new business contacts, and discussing the expansion of economic partnership.
