The deputies of the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat at the next session adopted new and amended existing regulations.

In particular, changes have been made regarding the provision of housing assistance to the city's population. In order to provide social support to vulnerable categories of citizens and improve the quality of public services, changes are envisaged in the calculation of assistance provided in paying for utilities to socially vulnerable residents of the city and reducing the time for reviewing documents from 8 to 6 working days for housing assistance.

In addition, a draft decision on the provision of housing certificates for improving the housing conditions of socially vulnerable categories of citizens was considered. A single housing certificate amount of 1,500,000 tenge has been established. This will partially cover the initial mortgage payment and will be a significant support for socially vulnerable segments of the population.
