The year 2025 was not an easy one, and the deputies made a number of important decisions to improve the well-being of the citizens.
Thus, free public transport was introduced for minors, military veterans, and honorary citizens of the city. The retail tax rate was also reduced from 4% to 2% for small businesses and other decisions were made. I think that these measures will make it possible to improve the quality of life in the city in 2026.
The New Year, of course, will not be perfect, but I am sure that it will provide opportunities for development, will be productive and successful.
I wish you to celebrate this holiday with your loved ones with joy and warmth in your soul. May the new year preserve peace and bring prosperity to every home, and there will be more love and good relationships in life!
