The State Revenue Committee informs about the extension of the pilot project "Salyq cashback" from January 1, 2026. The project is aimed at paying remuneration for fiscal checks of cash registers issued by micro and small businesses.
In 2025, the Salyq cashback project showed positive results: the number of scanned checks increased by 26%, and their total amount increased by 32% compared to the previous year. The project was implemented in 48 districts of 12 regions: East Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Akmola, Karaganda, Mangistau, Zhambyl, Turkestan, Almaty, West Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, as well as in the regions of Zhetisu and Ұ Lytau.
For reference: in 2025, 573,937 checks were scanned for a total of 7.6 billion tenge. The amount of accrued cashback amounted to 152 million tenge.
Anyone can take part in the Salyq cashback project. To do this, when paying for goods and services (both cash and non-cash), you need to receive a fiscal check, scan the barcode from the check in a special mobile application "Amian" and receive a reward of 2% of the purchase amount.
Rewards are accrued through the operator IT Analytics LLP using the Amian mobile application.
The Amian app is available for free download on the App Store and Google Play.
The State Revenue Committee urges citizens to demand checks from cash registers to protect their consumer rights.
