Another Regular Staff Meeting Held in Zhanaozen

On January 13, under the chairmanship of the Akim of Zhanaozen, Zhanseit Kaynarbayev, another regular staff meeting of the city was held.

On the agenda, the Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Zhanaozen, Nurzhuma Gumarova, presented a report titled “On the Strategic Directions of the Zhanaozen City Development Plan for 2026-2030.”

During the report, information was provided on the city’s demographic situation, population growth forecasts, macroeconomic indicators, industrial production, investment volumes, oil production dynamics, and investments in fixed capital. In addition, major projects in the fields of energy, processing industry, infrastructure, social services, housing and communal services, and transport were reviewed.

The meeting discussed projects included in the 2026-2030 Development Plan in the areas of education, healthcare, culture, sports, employment, tourism, entrepreneurship, road construction, water supply, and modernization of gas and electricity networks. Particular attention was paid to improving the efficiency of budget planning through the implementation of a regional standards system.

Akim Zhanseit Kaynarbayev instructed to ensure the concrete, systematic, and timely implementation of projects under the Development Plan, strengthen coordination between sectoral departments, and plan budgetary resources efficiently.

As a result of the meeting, specific tasks were assigned to the heads of the responsible departments, and their execution was placed under the control of the city Akim’s office.
