A preventive conversation with the villagers took place in the Mirolyubovsky rural district, organized by the district inspector of the Samar district police department, Captain Ibraev A.A. The event was held in the akimat building and gathered active citizens interested in maintaining law and order and security in the district. During the conversation, Captain Ibraev A.A. highlighted in detail the main aspects of legislation concerning the rights and duties of citizens, as well as measures that need to be taken to prevent offenses. The participants of the meeting had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss current issues related to security in their district. Special attention was paid to the importance of cooperation between the population and law enforcement agencies. Captain Ibraev A.A. emphasized that an active civic position and timely informing the police about offenses contribute to creating a safe and comfortable living environment.
