An Apparatus Meeting Was Held in the City of Zhanaozen

On 22 January, an очередное apparatus meeting was held in the city of Zhanaozen under the chairmanship of the Akim of the city, Zhansseit Kainarbayev.

In accordance with the agenda, the meeting first reviewed the progress in the implementation of protocol instructions issued in the field of education of the city of Zhanaozen. On this issue, the Head of the Zhanaozen City Education Department, Gani Kurmangaliev, delivered a report, outlining the level of implementation of the assignments and highlighting current issues.

In addition, the meeting reviewed the progress of the action plan developed following meetings of the regional and city akims with the population of Zhanaozen, as well as the status of resolving issues raised by citizens during personal receptions. Reports on this matter were delivered by Bauyrzhan Moldabekov, Head of the Organizational and Control Department of the Akim’s Office of the city of Zhanaozen, and Ainur Akzhigitkyzy, Head of the Documentation Support and Control Department.

During the meeting, the Akim of the city instructed heads of sectoral departments to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of assigned tasks, strengthen feedback with the population, and systematically address the issues raised.

Following the meeting, specific instructions were assigned to the responsible department heads, and their implementation was placed under the strict control of the Akim of the city.
