The Department of State Revenue for the Pavlodar region informs about the work of field service groups established to provide public services and provide information and explanatory support to taxpayers.

What does it mean?

A service group is an on–site team consisting of at least two employees of a tax authority that provides government services and information and explanatory support to taxpayers outside administrative buildings in fulfilling tax obligations, including the preparation and submission of tax reports by individuals.

Who are the services provided to?

Public services are provided to the following categories of taxpayers:

- persons with disabilities of the first or second group;

- persons with diseases in which the period of temporary disability may exceed two months;

- persons over 80 years of age who need outside care and assistance;

- individuals living in remote settlements where there are no public telecommunications networks.

Departure schedule According to the established schedule of the Department, service team visits are carried out twice a week – on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
