Currently, the State Revenue Department for the West Kazakhstan Region is running the "People's Accountant" campaign, which provides free consultations on an ongoing basis to individual entrepreneurs and small business entities.
📢 Starting January 5, 2026, the "People's Accountant" campaign begins
The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is launching the "People's Accountant" campaign — free advisory support for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses.
🗓 Campaign Duration:
January 5 – June 30, 2026
👥 Who it's useful for:
Individual entrepreneurs and small business entities
💬 What you can get:
Clear and practical explanations on:
• accounting;
• tax reporting;
• working with information systems.
📍 Work format:
The main format is offline reception at state revenue departments in cities and regional centers.
⏰ Consultation schedule:
▪️ January–February 2026 — 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
▪️ Starting March 2026 — 2 times a week
Reception points will be marked with "People's Accountant" signs showing the address and working hours.
👨💼 Who provides consultations:
• professional accountants and auditors;
• representatives of accounting associations;
• experienced employees of state revenue authorities.
🏙 Geography:
• In Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent — separate venues (where possible, in all districts);
• In regions — at the district level, with specialists traveling if necessary.
📞 Additionally:
• video consultations and telephone support;
• online consultations through official resources;
• webinars (online and offline);
• thematic sessions during reporting periods.
📘 Booklets with simple explanations and step-by-step instructions will also be prepared, Call-center materials will be updated, and the SalykBot Telegram channel will be filled with content.
➡️ "People's Accountant" is the first step from control to service support for taxpayers.
In the future, additional measures are planned to prevent violations and strengthen advisory support.
