Astana, February 5, 2026 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Issetov received the copies of credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic Antonia Katsourou.

Deputy Minister Issetov noted that Greece is one of Kazakhstan’s important partners in the Mediterranean region and expressed confidence in the further strengthening of partnership between Astana and Athens.

During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation in the political, trade, economic and investment spheres, with particular emphasis placed on the development of cooperation in tourism.

Following the talks, the diplomats reaffirmed their readiness to continue a constructive dialogue across the full range of bilateral cooperation issues.
