*Keys to new apartments handed over to social category citizens in Shymkent*

Today, socially vulnerable citizens on the housing waiting list in Shymkent were ceremonially handed over the keys to new apartments. The shelters were provided in the Asar-2 and Turan-2 microdistricts.
The ceremony, organized at the "Korme" center in Shymkent, was attended by the mayor of the city, Gabit Syzdykbekov. During the event, 25 families received new apartments.
The city mayor congratulated the housewarming party hosts and noted that providing residents with affordable housing is one of the main priorities of the city's social policy. According to him, work in this direction will continue systematically in the future.
The apartments are intended for citizens in need of special social support. These include people with disabilities, families raising special children, single-parent families, as well as orphans left without parental care.
The new residential buildings are fully ready for occupancy and are equipped with all the necessary engineering infrastructure.
It should be noted that the procedure for providing apartments is being carried out in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and in the established manner. Since the beginning of the year, 347 rental apartments have been provided to citizens on the housing waiting list in Shymkent.
