The training center of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the Department of State Revenues in Akmola region held a coaching training on the program "Effective Management in State Revenue Bodies" for heads of departments, departments of the DGD, heads and deputies of the State Department and heads of customs posts.

As part of the Coaching training, the participants got acquainted with the main methods of planning, organization and control, learned how to expand opportunities, motivate and lead the team, and use communications in the right direction.

The participants of the Coaching training understood the basics of coaching in public administration, analyzed the main management models, and worked out the skills of effective communication.

The participants of the coaching training successfully defended the project on the topic: "Vision of DGD in 5 years," based on the principles of coaching.

 As part of their presentations, the participants presented strategic directions for development, emphasizing the importance of a coaching approach in achieving long-term goals.

As a result of the event, the participants passed a survey and received certificates of successful advanced training under the program "Effective Management in State Revenue Bodies."
