Today, District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek visited several sites in Zhosaly settlement to inspect the progress of ongoing construction, renovation, and landscaping projects.

The visit began with an inspection of the major renovation of the railway station building. Representatives of the contracting company briefed the District Akim on the quality of the work and the implementation schedule. The project is expected to be completed in the near future, after which the facility will be commissioned and made available for public use.

The District Akim then inspected the renovation of the building being carried out by the Office of the Akim of Zhosaly settlement and emphasized the importance of completing the project in accordance with the established standards.

During the inspection, special attention was also given to the construction of a pedestrian walkway along Oraz Akhun Street. To improve pedestrian safety, provide greater convenience for residents, and help prevent traffic accidents, budget funds have been allocated for the construction of a 1.7-kilometer pedestrian walkway. Construction work is currently progressing at a steady pace.

The next stop was the Dendro Park, where the District Akim reviewed the ongoing renovation and landscaping works. Efforts to restore the irrigation system, expand green areas, and improve the overall appearance of the park have now resumed.

The District Akim also inspected the current condition of the Kazakh Khanate Alley and instructed the responsible authorities to continue systematic maintenance and landscaping of the area.

At the end of the inspection, the District Akim visited N. Nakypov Street, where a 1.35-kilometer section has recently undergone major reconstruction, and also inspected the land plots allocated for the construction of new residential houses. He instructed the responsible officials to maintain continuous oversight of construction quality and ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and in full compliance with quality standards.

The District Akim stressed that every project must prioritize the safety and comfort of residents while contributing to the improvement of the settlement's architectural appearance. He emphasized that all works will remain under strict supervision and must be completed with high quality and within the established deadlines.
