A discussion meeting was held at the Bolashak College in Shymkent to discuss and explain the draft of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Teachers and masters of the educational institution participated in the event and made informative reports on the main priorities for the comprehensive modernization of the country's political system.
During the meeting, Master of Laws Ayaulym Tolenbekova emphasized the importance of the new draft Constitution, noting that this document legally establishes the future-oriented strategic development direction of Kazakhstan. According to her, the draft Constitution creates a concrete legal basis aimed at protecting traditional values such as family and marriage, preserving national unity, as well as ensuring the equal rights and freedoms of citizens.
– The new Constitution will be an important step towards recognizing Kazakhstan before the international community as a civilized and historically responsible state, based on knowledge and science, upholding human rights and the rule of law as its main values. This document will allow every citizen, especially the younger generation, to feel their responsibility in shaping the future of the country, to deeply understand national pride and a common historical mission, – said A. Tolenbekova.
The speaker also noted that the new Constitution will strengthen the status of the Constitutional Court and increase its role in ensuring the rule of law. Now every citizen will have the opportunity to directly appeal to the Constitutional Court if their constitutional rights are violated.
During the meeting, it was noted that the new draft Constitution places special emphasis on strengthening the principle of the rule of law, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens. These changes are aimed at creating a legal state and increasing justice and trust in society.
At the end of the event, a special video clip was shown to the participants about the main changes and additions to the draft New Constitution. The participants of this meeting expressed their support for the draft new Constitution of our country.
