The Department of State Revenue for the Zhetisu region has announced that it is working to write off penalties and fines for micro and small businesses.

This work is being carried out in accordance with Order No. 13 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 13, 2026.

Penalties and fines recorded in taxpayers' personal accounts as of January 1, 2026, are subject to write-off.

A mandatory condition is the full repayment of the principal amount of tax arrears between January 1 and March 31, 2026.

The write-off will be made based on the results of an inventory of taxpayers' personal accounts.
