The work is carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 13, 2026 No. 13.

Penalties and fines listed on taxpayers' personal accounts as of January 1, 2026, are subject to write-off.

A prerequisite is the full repayment of the principal amount of tax arrears in the period from January 1 to March 31, 2026.

The write-off will be made based on the results of an inventory of taxpayers' personal accounts.
