11 March 2026. Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Moldova Almat Aidarbekov held a meeting with students of the Faculty of International Relations of the Moldova State University, who are members of the Association of Young Diplomats of Moldova.

During the meeting, the Ambassador spoke about the priorities of the foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the role of diplomacy in the development of international cooperation, as well as the key areas of interaction between the Kazakhstan and Moldova.

The Embassy staff also delivered presentations for the students on the history, culture and contemporary development of Kazakhstan, as well as on the upcoming republican referendum on the adoption of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Particular interest among the participants was generated by the practical part of the event, during which interactive exercises were organized to familiarize students with the elements of diplomatic work and the specifics of the negotiation process.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the students had the opportunity to communicate with diplomats in an informal setting, exchange views and ask questions of interest. The participants noted that the meeting helped them better understand the specifics of diplomatic activity and expressed their interest in pursuing professional development in the field of international relations and diplomacy.
