Barrier-free environment for people with disabilities has been created in all sports facilities. All sports facilities located on the territory of the Abai district for people with disabilities are available free of charge. Paid services in the field of sports are provided by the KGKP "Sports Club of the Abai district", which has on its balance sheet a FOK in the village of Topar and in the city of Abai, an indoor swimming pool in the city of Abai and the Ayala courtyard club in the village of Dubovka, where for the disabled 1,2 groups attend free of charge for the disabled 3 groups 50% discount.
