On March 13, 2026, the East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Development of Education "Örken" of the Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region held a seminar for school principals on the topic "Regional Leading School: Modern Management and High Results Experience" on the basis of KSU "Kazakh Secondary School named after Oralkhan Bokey" of the Education Department for Glubokovsky District of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region.

The seminar was attended by principals from 42 schools in the East Kazakhstan Region. This school, a winner of the "Best Secondary Education Organization-2025" competition, presented a platform for showcasing effective experience in the school management system, discussing modern approaches aimed at improving the quality of education, as well as exchanging experience among heads of educational organizations.

During the plenary session of the seminar, a graduate of the personnel reserve, school director Aibat Akhmetualievich Butabaev, shared his experience on the topic "Results-Oriented School Management: Experience and Transformation".

During the event, participants familiarized themselves with the work on organizing the educational process, supporting the professional development of teachers, and implementing innovative educational technologies. Furthermore, as part of the seminar, open lessons, master classes, and dialogue platforms were organized, where the best practices were presented.

The participants of the seminar concluded that this seminar became an important platform for exchanging experience for heads of educational organizations and contributed to enhancing the professional competence of teachers in the region.
