The Deputy Head, Ethics Commissioner Marat Beisenov, conducted an online seminar for newly and newly hired employees of our Department and its territorial divisions.
During the ZOOM meeting, key topics shaping the image of a modern civil servant were discussed: strict compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", "On Civil Service", norms and rules of the Code of Ethics. Special attention was paid to the issues of ludomania. Gambling addiction is not just a personal problem, it has serious social consequences that it is important to talk about openly.
– You need to start public service with the right guidelines. We take care of the moral climate in the team and help new colleagues confidently begin their professional path," emphasized Marat Beisenov.
