In order to form a culture of integrity, professionalism and customer orientation of civil servants, as well as within the framework of the traditions of celebrating Nauryz, on March 19 this year, the Akimat of Kostanay city held an event "Yurt of public services – "Halykka kyzmet".

The event was attended by service providers and service recipients. All participants were given oral explanations about the ways to receive public services.
