Military units of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty and Turkestan have been reinforced with new patrol vehicles. The landmark event took place on the eve of the holiday of renewal and unity — Nauryz Meyramy.
The new vehicles were presented to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs — Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, Ansagan Baltabekov.
Major General A. Baltabekov emphasized the importance of equipping units tasked with ensuring public safety.
— The National Guard stands in defense of public peace, law, and order. The fulfillment of service and combat tasks requires high mobility and rapid response. I am confident that the new patrol vehicles will significantly enhance the capabilities of the units and improve the effectiveness of their service, — noted the Commander-in-Chief.
The newly delivered equipment will significantly improve patrol operations, reduce response time to incidents, and enhance the safety of citizens.
It should be noted that the modernization of material and technical resources is being carried out on a systematic basis. In a short period, 336 units of modern equipment have already been delivered to National Guard units, more than 120 of which have been assigned to military units of the “Ontustik” Regional Command.
The expansion of the vehicle fleet has become another step toward strengthening combat readiness and increasing the effectiveness of the National Guard in maintaining stability and law and order in the country.
