On March 19, 2026, a meeting of the Expert Council was held, during which issues related to the operation and development of the Information System for Technical Regulation "E-KTRM" were considered.

Participants were presented with the structure of the system and its key functional capabilities, which ensure the digitalization of processes in the areas of technical regulation, standardization, metrology, conformity assessment, accreditation, and state control.

It was noted that the system supports the maintenance of state registers, automates product certification and declaration procedures, facilitates accreditation processes, and provides state services in the field of metrology.

The meeting also reviewed the results of the system's modernization and plans for its further development, including the implementation of new digital services and expanded integration with state information systems.

During the meeting, the planned system modifications for 2026 were also presented, including:

- Implementation of cost calculation in accreditation;

- Development of the OTTS and OTSH modules;

- Digitalization of state metrological services;

- Implementation of vehicle geolocation verification when issuing SBKTS;

- Functionality for planning and developing national standards;

- Development of integration services and user tools.

Following the meeting, participants discussed proposals for improving the functionality of the "E-KTRM" system and the further development of digital tools in the field of technical regulation.
