The JSC "Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan" (a subsidiary of the JSC "National Investment Holding "Baiterek") has launched the platform "Exporters' Showcase" (https://export.bgov.kz/). The new resource is designed as a specialized tool to bring domestic products to global markets, focusing on foreign buyers. The platform serves as an extended catalog of "Made in Kazakhstan" products, with a particular emphasis on specific goods, their characteristics, and consumer properties.
According to representatives of the Export Credit Agency, the key feature of the "Exporters' Showcase" is its export orientation. The entire product range on the platform is structured into five main sectors: light industry, food and chemical industries, agriculture, metallurgy, machine engineering, and construction.
The search system allows potential buyers to find products based on key queries. For example, when entering a specific request, the system displays all available offers in that category from various Kazakhstani manufacturers. Each product page contains detailed descriptions and basic technical specifications, with users able to instantly navigate from the product page to the manufacturer's profile.
"Only verified manufacturers, who have passed our agency's verification process, are featured on this portal. The status 'Verified by ECA' serves as a reliability guarantee, minimizing risks and building trust when interacting with Kazakhstani exporters and foreign buyers," said Madina Yerzhanova, Deputy Chairwoman of the Board of the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan.
The "Exporters' Showcase" project is intended to become a digital bridge between Kazakhstani businesses and international markets, simplifying the supplier search process and increasing the visibility of domestic brands abroad. The initiative is being implemented as part of the "Baiterek" holding's strategy to support non-resource exports and the digitalization of foreign economic activity.
