Kazakhstani Citizens Increasingly Choose Home Delivery of Documents

The home delivery service for documents allows citizens to receive their completed documents without a repeat visit to the Public Service Center (PSC). Today, this service is available in all regions of Kazakhstan. This format is gradually gaining popularity — in the first three months of 2026 alone, 426 deliveries were processed using this service, according to the State Corporation “Government for Citizens.”
The service can be requested at the time of submitting an application — once the documents are ready, they are delivered to the specified address. This is especially convenient for those who want to save time or are unable to visit the service center in person.
The delivery option is offered immediately when submitting an application. All that is required is to provide the address and pay for the service, after which one only needs to wait for the document to be prepared. Once ready, the courier contacts the recipient and usually delivers the document on the same day to the indicated address. Upon delivery, identification is carried out using an ID and a confirmation code.
Courier delivery covers 15 public services. These include such in-demand documents as duplicate birth, marriage, divorce, and death certificates, archival certificates, duplicates of educational documents, as well as apostille services and restoration of civil status records.
The cost of the service depends on the region: in Almaty, Astana, and Shymkent, delivery costs 2,061 tenge, while in other regions it is 1,036 tenge.
At the same time, the entire process remains under control: the delivery status can be tracked via the “PSC” mobile application. This allows users to see the current stage of their document without making calls or additional inquiries.
The service was launched in 2024 and is aimed at making document retrieval more convenient for citizens, saving their time, and reducing the need for additional visits to Public Service Centers.
