Today, a ceremonial reception was held under the chairmanship of Acting Akim of the district Shyngys Sydykov, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Shgebai Kundakbayev, an Honorary Citizen of the district.

Shgebai Kundakbayev began his career in education, later serving as a school principal, an education methodologist, head of the district internal policy department, and editor of the district newspaper. In all these responsible positions, he worked with dedication, making a significant contribution to the social and spiritual development of the district. He was also actively involved in public and political life, holding various responsible positions over the years and earning the trust of the people. Even in retirement, he continues to actively participate in public work and contribute to the district’s development.

During the ceremony, Shyngys Abdilamitovich congratulated the юбиляр, noting:

“The meaningful life of Shgebai aga is an example for future generations. In every field he served, he demonstrated high responsibility and professionalism.”

During the event, the юбиляр was presented with an official letter of congratulations from the district akim and was honored accordingly.

At the meeting, Chairman of the district maslikhat Adil Koshalakov, Chairman of the district public council Abdrakhman Kulduysenov, Chairwoman of the district women’s council Kulzhaukhar Rayeva, and Chairman of the veterans’ council of Zhosaly settlement Yerbolat Uzakbayev delivered speeches and expressed their warm wishes.

At the end of the meeting, Shgebai Kundakbayev expressed his gratitude for the honor shown and thanked all those present.

It should be noted that Shgebai Kundakbayev is actively involved in ethnocultural public activities. Through the public association “Ult Birligi – Karmakshy,” he contributes to bringing social and cultural facilities to the district for the benefit of the people. He also contributed to the publication of the book “Karmakshy,” dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the district, and published the books “Zhyr Dulei – Dur Ongar,” dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the zhyrau Dur Ongar Dyrkaiuly, as well as “Kutty Meken – Kuandariya,” dedicated to the village of Kuandariya.
