Today, a regular meeting was held in the conference hall of the district akimat under the chairmanship of Acting Akim of the district, Shyngys Sydykov. The agenda included the issue of developing the coal industry and power generation.

In the district, the heating season passed steadily without emergencies, and all needs were fully met. In this regard, Shyngys Sydykov emphasized the importance of early preparation for the upcoming heating season:

“It is necessary to conclude contracts with coal suppliers in advance and start coal delivery from August,” he noted.

In general, in 2021 the settlement of Zhosaly was connected to natural gas, and in 2023 the settlements of Toretam and Akai were supplied with natural gas. In addition, in 2025 gasification works in the Dur Ongar rural district were fully completed, and residents are now benefiting from natural gas. Currently, these works are ongoing in the settlements of Torebay bi and Iirkol. Further measures aimed at improving the quality of life of the population will continue to be implemented.

The meeting also addressed the issue of budget utilization. In this regard, it was strictly emphasized that the allocated funds must be fully and timely utilized.

Following the meeting, a number of tasks were assigned to heads of all sectors and akims, and their implementation will be monitored.
