Roads will become cleaner: street cleaning started in Samar district
A project has been launched in Samar district to wash roads, sidewalks and bridges as part of the summer maintenance of the road network and the implementation of the environmental campaign "Taza Kazakhstan".
According to the Department of Housing and Communal Services, architecture, construction, passenger transport and highways of the district, an agreement has been signed with a contractor for road sanitation.
Two pieces of equipment are involved in the work — a combined road vehicle and an MTZ-82 tractor.
Since the beginning of this week, street cleaning has already been carried out in the villages of Bastaushi, Mirolyubovka and Samarskoye.
The implementation of the project will significantly reduce dust levels on roads and in the air, improve the sanitary condition of settlements and increase comfort for residents.
