In accordance with the work plan of the RSE "East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Development of Education "Örken" of the Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region for 2026, the regional stage of the republican cognitive-research competition "Men zertteushimin" ("I am a researcher") was held on April 14 of this year. According to the regulations, the competition commission, having studied 21 materials submitted to the competition from 11 districts (cities) of the region, summed up the results:

1st place (senior group) – Katon-Karagay district, mini-center of Zhambyl secondary school;

1st place (pre-school group) – Ust-Kamenogorsk city, special kindergarten No. 62;

1st place (creative group) – Zaysan district, kindergarten "Eңlik";

2nd place (senior group) – Ust-Kamenogorsk city, kindergarten No. 3 "Balböbek", Zaysan district, kindergarten "Baldyrğan", Valeological School-Complex for Gifted Children;

2nd place (pre-school group) - Zaysan district, kindergarten "Ertöstik";

2nd place (creative group) - Ust-Kamenogorsk city, kindergarten No. 1 "Balapan", Glubokovsky district, kindergarten "Aqbotа";

3rd place (senior group) – Tarbagatay district, private kindergarten "Zhalğas", Glubokovsky district, kindergarten "Pchelka" ("Bee");

3rd place (pre-school group) – Samara district, M. Dulatuly secondary school;

3rd place (creative group) - Samara district, kindergarten "Dänşik".

Nominations:

"Üzdik birlesken (ata-anamen) jumys" ("Best joint work (with parents)") - Markakol district, Kazakhstan basic secondary school;

"Zhas ekolog" ("Young Ecologist") - Valeological School-Complex for Gifted Children (senior group);

"Jañalyq jarşysy" ("Herald of News") - Ulken Naryn district, kindergarten "Balböbek" (senior group), Ridder city, kindergarten "Quanyş" (pre-school group);

"Tapqyr zertteushiler" ("Resourceful Researchers") - Samara district, kindergarten "Dänşik" (senior group), Katon-Karagay district, Yengbek secondary school (pre-school group);

"Kreativti jumys" ("Creative Work") - Glubokovsky district, kindergarten "Asyl böpe" (pre-school group);

"Zhas zertteushiler" ("Young Researchers") - Altai district, kindergarten "Saltanat" (pre-school group).

The works of the winners have been submitted to participate in the republican stage of the competition.
