The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Abai region, within the framework of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated March 26 of this year No. 218 "On approval of the Rules for conducting unscheduled certification of employees of the Internal Affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
(hereinafter referred to as the Order), announces the unscheduled certification.

          The goal is personnel planning for the next quarter to promote employees to higher management positions.

            Employees holding positions in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated September 29, 2022 No. 773 belonging to the nomenclature of the Minister, Deputy Minister, as well as the accounting and control nomenclature of the Ministry and expressing a desire to undergo an unscheduled certification submit a report according to the sample and a track record generated through the Documentologist system to the Department of educational and Personnel Work of the Department of the Ministry of Education and Training in the Abai region no later than five business days from the date of publication of the announcement.

          Employees are not allowed to take part in the unscheduled certification.:

1) do not meet the minimum qualification requirements for senior positions (Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 12, 2020 No. 463).

2) having valid disciplinary penalties;

3) employees who are subject to official or pre-trial investigations.

Qualification requirements:

For the position of Head of the Department of Probation of the city of Ayagoz (C-SVR-4):

Higher education or postgraduate education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

1) at least three years of work experience in law enforcement service;

2) at least four years of work experience in special state bodies or in military service or as a judge;

3) at least four years of experience in public service;

4) at least six years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of these categories;

5) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
