A meeting was held with HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of DEWA, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the UAE Water Aid Foundation (Suqia UAE).

During the meeting, H.E. Al Tayer, as well as H.E. Majid Hamad Rahma Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DEWA, were presented with official invitations from H.E. Yermek Kosherbayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to attend the Regional Ecological Summit, which will take place in Astana from 22 to 24 April 2026.

The parties also discussed cooperation in the fields of ecology, water, and energy, as well as prospects for further development of bilateral relations.
