On April 13, 2026, the State Revenue Directorates for the city of Tekeli and the Eskeldinsky district held a technical training session on compliance with anti-corruption legislation, civil service laws, and the Ethical Code of Civil Servants.

The event was attended by M.N. Pulatov, Head of the Human Resources Department of the Regional Office.

During the training, the key legal requirements were conveyed, emphasizing the personal responsibility of every civil servant, the impermissibility of corruption, and strict adherence to professional ethics.

The main focus was not on theory, but on practice: what is permissible and what constitutes a violation; where the line is drawn between professional conduct and misconduct; and why even minor "deviations" can lead to serious consequences.

An open dialogue, analysis of real-life situations, and an honest conversation about risks — this format ensures that legal norms are not just remembered but understood and applied in daily work.

The event was organized and conducted to enhance legal culture, strengthen discipline, and foster zero tolerance for corruption.
